Convenient Payroll Deductions: Associates who enroll in Gympass will have their monthly fee automatically deducted via payroll deductions. Any dependents who enroll must provide Gympass with credit or debit card information so that the monthly fee for dependents will be paid directly to Gympass and will not be payroll deducted. Additionally, Associates who are paid on a Commission Only basis (that is, have no base salary) will pay their Gympass monthly fees directly to Gympass. No payroll deductions will be made for Commission Only Associates.

Important Registration Information: When you create your account, in order for the plan to recognize you as an eligible Associate of the Company, you must use your WORK email address. If you attempt to register using a different email address, the system will not recognize you and you will not be allowed to enroll. Additionally, we know that many of our Associates have multiple email addresses. If your email address errors out of the registration process, log into Workday and verify that you’re using the email address that is registered with Workday. If Workday has an incorrect email address, you’ll need to correct your email address in Workday before you can register. We feed to Gympass only once per month, so it can take up to a month before you would be able to register. Check your email ASAP to avoid any delays.

How to Add a Dependent to Your Gympass Account:

  1. Once you have enrolled in a plan, go to your app and click the small down arrow in the upper-right-hand corner of your phone.
  2. Click on ‘Dependents.’
  3. Click on ‘Add a Dependent.’
  4. Scroll through the plans and select which plan your dependent would like to be join.
  5. Fill out your dependent’s information and send an invitation.
  6. You also have the option to pay for your dependent’s subscription under your current payment method, or they can pay for it on their own account.

Associates can add a dependent only if they are in a paying plan themselves, but the enrolled plans don’t have to match (ex: Associate can enroll in the $9.99 plan and dependent can enroll in the $24.99 plan).
Associates get 7 days free; dependents do not get a free trial.

Resilience, commonly defined as the ability to quickly recover from challenges, has been a recurring theme this year. Cigna’s new survey shows that resilience is at risk for 3 in 5 Americans and reveals a significant connection between low resilience, job satisfaction, and overall health.*
